Chef Dwayne Pulled Pork Salad

Serves 2-3 persons

G. Gourmet Moppin Sauce - 2 Oz..
Mescaline Greens generous portion
Pulled Pork - 14 Oz.
Shredded Cheese 3 oz.
Thin Sliced Onion - 3-5 slices

Wash greens throughly and drain. Assemble greens in center of plate, top with pulled pork, assemble thinly sliced onion and julienne carrots on [late. Drizzle with Moppin Sauce and sprinkle with Cheese.

**Note: can substitute chicken
Chicken or pulled pork cooked until fork tender. Also feel free to use different variations of veggies or protein.

 G Gourmet BBQ Meatloaf

Serves 6-8 persons

2.5lb of Ground Beef
2 med/large eggs
2.5oz small diced or grated onion
3oz small diced or grated green pepper
1tsp red crushed peppers
2.5tsp garlic powder
2tsp beef bullion
1tsp Italian Herbs
15oz crumbled day old bread
¾ bottle of G. Gourmet BBQ sauce


Preparations: Prep and mix all of the above  ingredients together.
Cook at 350F for 45 minutes or an internal temperature of 165F.

**Add remaining sauce to top  or use as a dipping sauce**
***NOTE*** Feel free to cut this recipe in half or freeze half of uncooked mixture for future use

Asian Battered Bannas

2 medium ripe bannas
1 carton of vanilla or vanilla bean ice-cream
1 tsp powdered ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp bannana liquor per serving
1/4 cup plain or honey toasted pecans
cooking oil of choice
sprig of mint for garnish
*chill ice-cream until ready for use

 

jullienne bannanas and set aside.shell and toast pecans about 4 minutes at 325.drizzle with honey if desired.mix ginger,cinnamon,sugar,cornstarch and flour.in a chilled dessert dish of choice place a 2oz scoop of ice-cream.in a sautee pan heat a small amount of oil.meanwhile coat jullienne bannas in mixture.place in oil and cook until golden brown on all sides.place on top of ice-cream.finish with banna liquor pecans and mint if desired.enjoy.
